These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mudah365 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the mudah365 website located at https://mudah365.cam and all associated services, products, and features made available therein.

To register and maintain an active account on mudah365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Malaysian users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of mudah365 is lawful under applicable Malaysian legislation. mudah365 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is permitted under Malaysian domestic law. Players access the Platform at their own risk and legal responsibility.
mudah365 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage to verify that eligibility criteria are satisfied. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
To access mudah365's real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on mudah365 at any time. This restriction applies regardless of device, browser, IP address, payment method, or household. If we detect that a Player holds more than one account, we reserve the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate account(s). Any bonuses, free spins, or promotional winnings associated with a duplicate account may be voided in full.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. mudah365 will never request your password via Live Chat, email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately.
mudah365 accounts for Malaysian players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to the account's base currency at the exchange rate applicable at the time of deposit. mudah365 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations that may affect the MYR value of cryptocurrency transactions.
mudah365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for standard payment methods and the equivalent of approximately RM30 in cryptocurrency. Maximum deposit limits may be imposed on a per-transaction or per-day basis. Players are encouraged to review current limits displayed in the deposit section of their account.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
mudah365 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal that triggers our internal AML review thresholds. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of any such review. Players found to be in violation of AML obligations may have their accounts permanently closed and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
Deposits made to mudah365 are intended solely for gaming purposes. The Platform must not be used as a mechanism for funds transfer, currency exchange, or any financial purpose unrelated to legitimate gaming activity.

Welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit on mudah365. Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Bonuses are subject to the following eligibility restrictions:
mudah365 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets (e.g., staking both sides of a market) to fulfil wagering requirements, exploiting promotional terms through coordinated play across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of RTP-advantaged games to accelerate wagering. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
mudah365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where a market has been suspended, where odds were published in error, or where the Platform detects unusual betting patterns indicative of match-fixing or informed abuse.
If odds, prices, or payouts are published due to a system error, human error, or data feed fault that results in clearly incorrect values (a "palpable error"), mudah365 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bets have already been settled. Players will be notified via account notification in the event of a palpable error voiding.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, UFC, and other competitions — are governed by specific sport-level and competition-level rules available within the sports betting section of the Platform. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or voided in the event of incidents affecting the integrity of the event. Mix Parlay bets require all selected legs to win for the parlay to be settled as a winner; a void on any leg will reduce the parlay accordingly.
All casino and slot game outcomes on mudah365 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). The Platform does not interfere with game outcomes. RTP percentages published for slot games represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any particular result in any individual session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mudah365 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and potential legal action:
mudah365 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Accounts suspected of facilitating criminal activity will be frozen pending investigation, and all relevant information will be disclosed to competent authorities upon lawful request.
All content on the mudah365 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and database contents — is the exclusive property of mudah365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content; scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the Platform; or use the mudah365 brand or trademarks in any way without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mudah365 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or financial losses attributable to downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
mudah365's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or RM500 — whichever is the lesser amount.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mudah365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect Platform availability without prior notice.
You may request closure of your mudah365 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via Live Chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, mudah365 will process any pending withdrawals of Real Money balances (subject to KYC completion) within a reasonable timeframe. Any unused Bonus balance at the time of closure will be forfeited.
mudah365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC within a specified period; or receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute.
Upon termination of your account by mudah365 for breach of these Terms, any Real Money balance remaining in your account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that funds were obtained through prohibited conduct, those funds will be forfeited. Where no breach is established, legitimate Real Money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
mudah365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) business day. Once a self-exclusion is active, the Player will be prevented from logging in or depositing for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. Re-activation of an excluded account requires a formal cooling-off period before reinstatement can be considered.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.1.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mudah365 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact mudah365's customer support team in the first instance to seek resolution of any dispute. mudah365 commits to addressing all Player complaints in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.
Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country or territory of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
